Have you ever had scrumptious Tamales sooo good, smothered in so much deliciousness? These ones are perfectly tender, so soooooft, filled to the brim with tasty marinated meat. You can even freeze these to re-steam, then eat it for breakfast with a big cup of nice hot Coffee... CRAZY YUM! Mina Alvarez, a true foodie with a huge entrepreneurial itch fully understood that she may never be able to afford starting a dream brick-and-mortar restaurant, so she joined forces with her siblings in the summer of 2018 and started a food truck business. When everything stopped in March of 2020, sadly- the Toluca (Mexico-City) native also had to end her food truck operation.  Now, with the help of her loyal food truck fans- she is working hard to maintain a full-time job as a dental assistant while also visiting apartments complexes, condos and neighborhoods with a variety of authentic tamales and a spread of scrumptious Latino food.
