Improv Class @ SPRUNG! Comedy Festival

Yes, and! Come learn everything you have ever wanted to know about Improv as part of SPRUNG! Comedy Festival. Our instructor and facilitator, Meredith Garagiola, is a master of the craft and will help participants to be present, listen to your co-players, and create something truly of the moment.

This 90-minute class is offered as part of SPRUNG! Comedy Festival which is Silver Spring's very own comedy festival. Over four nights in March 2026, Improbable Comedy will present 10 unique shows of hilarious comedy at the Silver Spring Black Box Theatre, along with comedy classes and events.

About Improbable Comedy: Founded in 2012 by social-worker-turned-comedy-producer , Improbable Comedy has hosted hundreds of shows in local venues around the DMV. The goal has been to transform the industry by giving the mic to hilarious comedians who have been underrepresented on stage. Since our first show at Vicino's restaurant, we have brought big laughs to theatres, bars, swanky clubs, and people's homes. We now have regular shows at Busboys & Poets and the Arts Barn as well as partnerships with the Montgomery Parks Department and at the Silver Spring Black Box Theatre.
