Proper canning practices
The science behind canning
This is a great opportunity to learn a valuable skill that helps extend the shelf life of your pantry items while enjoying the process of creating delicious homemade goods.

What You Need to Know:

All materials will be provided.
Basic kitchen skills required—you should be comfortable using knives, measuring cups, and other common utensils.
Safety first! You will be working with hot items, including boiling water, glass jars, and pots. Following instructions and listening to instructors at all times is essential.
Class minimum: We require at least four participants for the class to take place. If we do not meet this minimum, the class will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund.
