COACH RAY BROWN SCHOLARSHIP FUND RAISER AND BASEBALL ALUMNI REUNION! AT PELLE’S IN SILVER GROVE!

Coach Ray Brown’s Birthday is September 7th! Ray has been gone for 17 years now and for 17 years we have given out scholarships at Newport High School in his honor and to remember his Great teaching/coaching career in Newport. Many, many kids have received these scholarships over those 17 years and we need to keep his memory and stories alive! Coach Ray Brown was one of a kind and there aren’t many teachers/coaches like him in today’s world! He treated opponents like family just like he did the kids from Newport. The small Coaches Baseball Award given out every year is named after him. We weren’t just brothers, we were colleagues and Best Friends! I’m looking for donations to raffle off, we’ll have split the pot, I’ll be selling hats and T-shirts. (New Hats this year!) I hope you can come or contribute in anyway! All players, coaches and fans from the teams we played are invited. I’m sure you’ll have a Great time!❤️🖤🐾⚾️
