The Reiki of Color: Sketching with the Earth in the Adirondacks

Let nature become your canvas and muse.

In this indoor and outdoor workshop, we’ll gather in the heart of the Adirondack Mountains for a guided, intuitive art journey. Using gel pens and watercolors, you’ll learn simple techniques to sketch and paint from a place of presence—allowing the land to speak through color, form, and line.

We’ll begin with a grounding meditation and Reiki-infused connection to the land. Then, we’ll explore basic art and color theory techniques and then dive into mindful sketching as a meditative practice—observing trees, stones, leaves, light, and water as energetic companions. No experience is needed—this is about presence, not perfection.

Whether you’re brand new to drawing or a lifelong artist, this is a space to reconnect with your creative spirit, honor the beauty around you, and leave with art made in collaboration with nature.

All materials provided. Please dress for the outdoors and bring your own collection of paper, watercolors, gel pens and other art supplies if you already have them.
