- **Event Description**: All ages are invited to attend the annual Friends of the Library fundraiser! This year’s featured activity will be a social and trivia night with the theme of “Love Superstition” in honor of Friday the 13th.

Teams of up to four will compete to win prizes. A team can sign up in advance by calling the library at 218-226-4331 or filling out the online form at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeeBqcpiyJdhQlwM6Of7M2Y8z9KV482GZDmM6k4weZoy_7gqw/viewform?usp=preview but it is not required. Walk-in teams are also welcome, or you can simply show up and be paired into a group when you arrive. There is a suggested donation of $20 per team, but cost is not intended to be a barrier to participation.

Attendees will also enjoy an all-ages valentine card making station, a Miss Fortune telling booth, face painting, refreshments including cupcakes by Dee LeBlanc, and conversation and community. 

February is Love Your Library Month! Donations are accepted at any point during the month at https://www.givemn.org/organization/Friends-Of-The-Silver-Bay-Public-Library 

Anyone can sign up to be a member of the Friends of the Library at no cost. You’ll receive the monthly Friends’ email with the library events schedule and a quarterly newsletter to stay in the loop about library happenings and opportunities. There’s no specific time commitment - you can be as much or as little involved in whatever way you feel inspired.
