This two-day pre-retreat immersion is a journey to reclaim your power, restore wholeness, and reawaken the innate wisdom of your body, mind, and spirit. Using a blend of neuroscience, somatics, polyvagal theory, Reiki, and Shamanic practices, this workshop guides you through understanding every layer of your being, and doing the work to call yourself home.

This class is perfect for seasoned Shamanic or Reiki practitioners and newbies alike! The tools offered in this class will weave together with any spiritual practice, and the healing experience is designed for everyone. Together, we’ll explore the mechanisms of Soul loss and self-fragmentation that modern life thrives on, and practice methods to reclaim your power and restore wholeness. Along the way, we’ll examine the nervous system’s powerful role in bridging the physical and spiritual, drawing on both the latest research and ancient wisdom to regulate and harmonize your energy field.
