A time to rest, reflect, and sit with what is unfolding quietly within.

This is number 3 in our series of events, in the theme of ‘The Crone.’
A celebration of what it means to be an elder- not only through age, but through the way we create, nurture, and hold space for others and our communities 

This gathering is for women or womb holders, to come together on the land-
To sit side by side, to move, to talk, to eat, to laugh, and to reflect.

How will the day unfold?
🫒 Landing, amidst introductions and chai, nutritional snacks. 

🔮 Light discussion on the time of year and season we we were in, internally, as well as externally. 

🌿 We'll create art and go inward to ponder and reflect on our creative process

🪄Be divinely guided on an elemental, Vinyasa yoga journey with Nat Atkins (Hills local) 

💛 Share medicine songs and druming,  

🍂 Fully catered, prepared & cooked with love- morning tea & lunch

☀️ Sage Nicola will dance us through the elements on an upward wave (Last time- we DANCED OUR SOCKS OFF!)

✨ It'll be a place for connection, reflection, and embodied presence

🧚‍♂️ Concluded with a share, home baked GF, vegan treats and freshly foraged herbal tea!
