- **Event Description**: Join us for a hands-on, three-part workshop designed specifically for adults who want to learn the fundamentals of fly fishing in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. The first two classes will be held at the Silt Branch Library from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the Saturdays of April 4 and April 11. The final class will be at the New Castle Boat from from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 25 where you will learn to read the river, cast, and gain confidence hooking and landing a fish. Participants must have a valid fishing license to participate in the last class. The entire workshop is free, but space is limited and registration is required. For more information or to register please call the Silt Branch Library at 970-876-5500.
