Summary: whether you are completely new to meditation or have practiced for a long time, this class provides you with a great opportunity to start or deepen your understanding and practice of meditation. After the class is officially over at 11:30, you can join us for lunch in the dining area of the temple. This is a great opportunity to connect with other spiritual friends and feel a sense of community.
Ticketing Options: Although donations are appreciated, this class is free and open to all ages. Any donations received will go towards to the temple to allow them to run these free events into the future.
The Teaching Monks: Venerable Michael and Venerable Nick will be in town to run and guide this event. They share ancient wisdom in a universal and accessible way so that people of all backgrounds and beliefs can understand, connect with, and apply the guidance to better their life.
