Day 0 – Arrival (Evening)

• Sunset meditation by the ocean

A soft landing. Time to slow down, disconnect, and arrive fully.

Day 1 – Foundations & Self Exploration

Morning
• Soul Mapping (1.5–2h)
A creative process using symbols, colors, and imagery to explore who you are beneath the surface.
Reveals patterns, direction, and internal signals you may not consciously see.

Afternoon
• Introduction to Shamanic Journeying (2h)
Learn the structure of the “3 worlds” (energetic planes of reality) and how to access them.
You will understand:
– how rhythm shifts consciousness
– how to navigate inner states
– how to begin connecting with guiding energies

This is the core skill of the practice.

Day 2 – Deepening the Work

Morning
• Forest Spirit Walk (2h)
A guided immersion into the jungle.
You will slow down perception, sharpen awareness, and begin to feel the environment differently — not just see it.

Afternoon
• Shamanic Journey Practice
Go deeper into:
– intuitive perception
– inner imagery and messages
– connection with guiding forces

This stage often brings clarity, emotional release, or new perspectives.

• Final Shamanic Journey
A closing session to integrate insights and receive direction moving forward.

Evening
• Fire Ceremony
A ritual space to close the process.
Intentions, prayers, and reflections are offered into the fire — a symbolic act of transformation and release.

– Reiki Master since 2003
– Faculty member at the Foundation for Shamanic Studies (FSS Asia)
