Potluck & Meditation

Potluck time again!! Theme: Watm comfort foods 🥘🍲🍝

An intro to transcendental meditation class will be available at 5:30 as needed for those who are new to the process, and only takes 5-10 minutes to explain. At 6:00 we'll have group meditation led by Ares. The course itself shouldn't take more than 10 minutes, but we'll allow time to share everyone's experience if they like. The mediation part is totally optional, and those who are not interested are welcome to stay until 7:00 just to eat and socialize. We do encourage everyone to give it a try at least once, though! Hope to see everyone there!
