Residents can bring up to 15 gallons or 125 pounds of HHW per vehicle.We do not accept: Household Hazardous and electronic waste from a business, explosives, ammunition, marine flares, radioactive materials, controlled substances, trash and tires, and white goods (refrigerators, stoves, washing machines, etc.The Center is located in one of Los Angeles' most densely populated areas and will serve as a convenient outlet for all county residents to safely dispose of hazardous waste.The Center provides a free, convenient, and environmentally safe method for County residents to drop off HHW/E-Waste free of charge. The Center is located at EDCO Recycling and Transfer Center, .
