- **Event Description**: Attention ALL Yoga Newcomers! If you want to start your yoga journey, we are bringing back our special Intro to Yoga Series at a convenient Monday evening time at MY YOGA Community Center.

This is five-week series of yoga classes designed ESPECIALLY FOR BEGINNERS. In five weeks we will cover the basic movements, postures, and practices of yoga in an environment that is safe and welcoming, where you can practice without rushing, judgement, or intimidation from more seasoned practitioners.

You can participate in this class at MYCC on Monday Nights at 5:30 PM from 5/5 to 6/9 (no class on Memorial Day). The cost for the series is only $50 (only $10/class) AND you will ALSO receive a bonus 30-day unlimited pass to MYCC classes to practice beyond this series however you want.
