- **Event Description**: Join us at Soldier's Creek Park on Sunday June 21st from 12:00-2:00 pm for an afternoon of movement, play, connection, and community. We will have two yoga offerings for adults and for kids beginning at noon. While the adults settle into a flowing outdoor yoga practice, the kids will embark on their own yoga adventure through games, movement, mindfulness, and creative exploration.

At noon, we'll split into two simultaneous offerings:

12:00 PM – Outdoor Flow Yoga with Liz

A refreshing all-levels flow practice designed to help you move, breathe, and enjoy the beauty of practicing outside in nature.

12:00 PM – Kids Yoga Club with Natalie & Su

A playful and engaging yoga experience for children featuring movement, mindfulness, games, stories, and activities designed to help kids connect with themselves, each other, and the world around them.

Then at 1:00 PM, everyone comes back together for a community picnic.

Food will be provided for this event by MY YOGA Community Center. Bring a blanket, something you like to drink, and enjoy a relaxed afternoon with your MYCC family. Stay for conversation, connection, and the simple joy of spending time together outside the studio.
