FREE Community Event: 108 Sun Salutations for the New Year

Welcome the New Year with a community practice of 108 sun salutations led by MYCC yoga instructors. Set intentions and start the year off with mindful movement! We will gather as a community and celebrate together practicing this signature yoga movement 108 times.
