About the Retreat
The Sacred Return Retreat is an intimate somatic embodiment experience for both men and women who feel ready to move beyond understanding and into lived, embodied presence.

Held in the Tuscan countryside, this retreat supports both activation and embodiment, awakening aliveness through movement, breath, and relational exploration, while grounding experience through presence, pacing, and integration.

Rather than striving for change, catharsis, or peak states, the work invites participants to listen to what the body is already communicating beneath habit, conditioning, and performance. 

Every element of the retreat is opt-in, consent-led, and gently paced, allowing each person to move at a rhythm that feels true for them.

The Field & Facilitation
This retreat is held by Rebekah Isis Rose, in a shared and relational field of experience and lived transmission.

Participants are invited into a living transmission, sensing where the work comes from, how it has been integrated, and how it is now offered forward.

Rebekah holds the somatic and relational container of the retreat, shaping the pacing, consent culture, and embodied safety that allow aliveness to move without force. Her work supports attunement, self-trust, and direct connection with the body beyond performance or expectation.

Together, the facilitation balances ground and movement, structure and spaciousness, stability and flow, so experience can unfold naturally and integrate fully.

Includes:
Accommodation (5 days / 4 nights), all meals, facilitation, guidance, and group sessions.
