Declutter your craft stash or pick up some new supplies at our Craft Swap! Bring your unused yarn, fabric, drawing, scrapbooking, jewelry-making, and other supplies and swap them with fellow crafters. Who knows what you'll find?!
The event takes place on Saturday, October 4 from 12:30-2:00. Here’s how it will work:
1. Bring new or like new items to the library the week of the event, drop off Wednesday-Friday 10am-6pm. Items will be sorted and set up by library staff. You’ll receive a VIP Early Access ticket to shop 30 minutes before the public!
2. The Swap will start at 12:30pm. Those with a VIP ticket will have first opportunity to browse the swap starting at 12:00.
3. From 12:30pm to 2:00pm the swap opens to the general public (those without tickets) to pick up anything that remains.
4. After 2pm all unclaimed items will be donated to the library for future programming or to local organizations.
Please note: We are not accepting donations of old and used children’s school and craft supplies, or magazines. The library asks that items not include unfinished projects, broken, or unusable items. Materials must be clean and in good condition.
