Then using the drum or Himalayan Bowls start to focus on each sound as it is created to start your relaxation .The gongs are played in many ways to create a mystical soundscape and backdrop to your thoughts , dreams , visions or journey .As the Sounds fade away Koshi Chimes or other instruments are used to clear the space before shunyata which is a few minutes of silence for you to fully integrate the experience .
