a.) Deschidere eveniment la 11:00, bun venit
Între 11:00 și 13:00 - gastronomie locală

Cu accent pe specific regional, sezonalitate, rețete autentice, implicarea comunității locale și sustenabilitate. 

b.) Între orele 13:00 și 15:00
Vizită în biserica fortificată, descoperim satul și împrejurimile acestuia, mișcare după mâncare. 

c.) Între orele 15:00 și 15:30
Atelier pentru copii, quizz tematic de descoperire de comori arhitecturale. 

Transilvanian Brunch este un proiect itinerant început în anul 2008 și aflat acum la al nouăsprezecelea sezon de organizare.

Scopul acestui eveniment caritabil este acela de a susține:
a. promovarea satelor mici și a cumunităților acestora
b. consumul de produse sezonale care provin de la micii producători locali
c. păstrarea patrimoniului natural și protejarea patrimoniului construit. Biletul de acces conține deja o donație către Fundația Biserici Fortificate pentru îngrijirea acestor monumente istorice (50 Lei).
d. petrecerea timpului liber cu sens în aer liber. Mâncăm afară pentru a susține proiecte locale care au nevoie de ajutorul nostru.

The Day’s Program in Ruja: 

a.) Event opening at 11:00 – welcome
Between 11:00 and 13:00 – local gastronomy

With an emphasis on regional specificity, seasonality, authentic recipes, involvement of the local community, and sustainability.

b.) Between 13:00 and 15:00
Visit to the fortified church, explore the village and its surroundings — some movement after the meal.

c.) Between 15:00 and 15:30
Children’s workshop and themed quiz to discover architectural treasures.

Transilvanian Brunch is a traveling project that began in 2008 and is now in its nineteenth season of organization.

The purpose of this charitable event is to support:
a. the promotion of small villages and their communities
b. the consumption of seasonal products sourced from small local producers
c. the preservation of natural heritage and the protection of built heritage. The ticket already includes a donation to the Fortified Churches Foundation for the care of these historic monuments (EUR 10). 
d. meaningful leisure time spent outdoors. We dine outside to support local projects that need our help.
