Clownerie, juggling, fantasy show. Just a street show or not?

Don’t you know where you are? Are you stuck in traffic? Can’t you cross the road? You’re in luck, because he’s going to rescue you: the virtuous of the whistle, the ace of the signal paddle, the knight of the round!
The only cop in the world who can create traffic jam in the desert and give you directions if you are lost in a glass of water... A policeman playing with a traffic light and improbable fines. He can withdraws your license and returning it only after the “practice test” or the “balloon test”... An impeccable agent chasing offenders by unicycle and directs traffic on a balance ball... A cop so loyal to his duty to upset any other existing rule of the Civil Code or physics!!!
A true “street show”. The protagonist is a policeman in uniform with hat and signal paddle, he wanders “incognito” in the audience spreading disbelief and amazement and then go in a crescendo of acts that combine clowning, juggling and circus arts in a sequence of delirious gags.

CHE FA, CONCILIA?
Spettacolo di clownerismo, giocolaggio, fantasismo, mimetismo ed arte avariata. Rigorosamente di strada, oppure no.

Non sapete dove vi trovate? Siete bloccati nel traffico? Non riuscite ad attraversare la strada? Siete fortunati, perchè in vostro aiuto sta per accorrere lui, il virtuoso del fischietto, l’asso della paletta, il cavaliere della rotonda!
L’unico vigile al mondo in grado di creare un ingorgo nel deserto e di darvi le indicazioni se vi siete persi in un bicchiere d’acqua… Un pubblico ufficiale che giocola con le luci di un semaforo, dispensa improbabili multe e ritira la patente, restituendola solamente dopo la “prova pratica” o la “prova del palloncino”… Un agente irreprensibile che insegue i contravventori in monociclo e dirige il traffico su una sfera di equilibrio… Un insolito rappresentante della legge talmente ligio al suo dovere da sconvolgere qualsiasi altra regola esistente, del codice civile o della fisica!!!
Un vero “spettacolo di strada”. Il protagonista, infatti, è un vigile urbano in piena regola (con tanto di divisa, cappello da “Ghisa” e paletta) che si aggira “in incognito” tra il pubblico seminando incredulità e stupore alle proprie spalle in una sequenza di gag deliranti.
