Balandžio 17 d., 16 val. kviečiame į VU Šiaulių akademijos visuotinį studentų susirinkimą – Konferenciją, kurioje bus renkami studentų atstovai į svarbiausius universiteto organus.
📍 Vieta: VU ŠA naujai renovuotas pastatas, 114 auditorija

❗️Dalyvauti ir balsuoti gali visi VU ŠA studentai(-ės).

Konferencijos metu bus pristatyta ir tvirtinama VU SA ŠA veiklos ataskaita bei renkami:
• 1 atstovas į VU ŠA Tarybą (pirmininkas(-ė) ex officio);

• 1 atstovas į VU ŠA Priėmimo-atestacijos komisiją;

• 2 atstovai į VU ŠA Akademinės etikos komisiją;

• 3 atstovai į VU ŠA Ginčų nagrinėjimo komisiją;

• 1 atstovas į VU ŠA Studijų kolegiją;

• VU SA ŠA pirmininkas(-ė);

• VU SA ŠA Valdyba;

• 2 atstovai į VU SA Parlamentą (pirmininkas ex officio);

• 10 delegatų į VU SA ataskaitinę-rinkiminę konferenciją.

❗️Studentai(-ės), norintys kandidatuoti į bet kurią iš išvardytų pozicijų, savo kandidatūrą gali iškelti tiek iš anksto, tiek konferencijos metu. Kandidatuojant iš anksto, kviečiame informuoti el. paštu pirmininkas@sa.vusa.lt.

On April 17 at 4:00 PM, you are invited to the General Student Assembly – Conference of Vilnius University Šiauliai Academy, where student representatives to key university bodies will be elected.

📍 Location: VU ŠA newly renovated building, Room 114

❗️All VU ŠA students are eligible to participate and vote.

During the conference:
• The VU SA ŠA activity report will be presented and approved
• Student representatives to various bodies and committees will be elected

Positions to be filled:
• 1 representative to the VU ŠA Council (Chair ex officio)
• 1 representative to the Admission-Assessment Committee
• 2 representatives to the Academic Ethics Committee
• 3 representatives to the Dispute Resolution Committee
• 1 representative to the Study Committee
• VU SA ŠA President
• VU SA ŠA Board
• 2 representatives to the VU SA Parliament (Chair ex officio)
• 10 delegates to the VU SA reporting-election conference

❗️Students who wish to run for any of the listed positions may submit their candidacy either in advance or during the conference. If applying in advance, please inform us via email at pirmininkas@sa.vusa.lt by April 10.
