Yoga and Writing For New Beginnings ~A Workshop with Lisa Blower and Natasha Arnfield
Saturday 31 January | 12:30-3:30pm | £30
As we near the end of the longest month and look forward to awakening Spring, we will explore how to re-energise our minds and bodies through a blend of words and yoga practice.
Thinking about new beginnings and our intentions for the year ahead, we will pause in our practice to allow creativity to flow, reflecting upon how our bodies can generate ideas for new stories be them fictive, poetic or autobiographical.
This is an opportunity to think differently about how and where you can write, the connections between embodiment & creativity and how to capture ideas through movement and everyday routines.
