Winter Warmer Ceremony: Slowing into the Stillness

As the year draws towards its darkest night, you are invited to slow down, soften, and gather in warmth. Join me for a heart-opening cacao ceremony to honour this tender turning of the seasons.
Together we will:
✨ Sip ceremonial cacao – a gentle heart medicine that softens the nervous system and opens us to presence. You'll also feel the warming benefit of this gorgeous drink.
✨ Rest into a guided meditation, sound bath and super gentle stretching to release the year’s tension.
✨ Listen to winter stories and seasonal wisdom, reminding us of the gifts of stillness and gestation.
✨ Take part in a candle-lit ritual to call in blessings for the season ahead.
This is a space to pause before the busyness of Christmas, to nourish yourself, and to gather in circle as we shift towards the return of the light.
Come as you are – wrapped in warmth, ready to receive.
