🌙 Winter Solstice Soundbath Ceremony ✨
As we arrive at the darkest night of the year, we gather in sacred stillness and sound to honour the turning of the wheel. The Winter Solstice invites us to slow down, rest deeply, and connect with the darkness- an invitation for deep reflection - to sit with any darkness, breath through it and allow it to be released. The day grow longer after the solstice so you will be invited to journal and reflect on stepping towards more light.
This will be a nourishing and releasing evening of sound and ceremony to help you balance your energy before we shift into the busy christmas season. We will come together in a sacred space with gentle reflection, guided intention-setting, and a restorative soundbath with tibetan & crystal bowls, gong, drum and other soothing tones to carry you inward.
This is a time to release what the year has held, to soften into deep rest, and to open to the spark of new beginnings that the returning light brings.

-Opening circle and gentle grounding practice
-Guided reflection & solstice intention setting with journal prompts
-Immersive sound journey with tibetan and crystal bowls, gong, & sacred instruments
-Closing rest and integration
