What you'll need to bring:

A bottle of water, comfy clothes, a pillow, blanket, journal/pen and anything else that you need to feel cosy and comfortable.

Yoga mats will be provided but you may want to bring your own.

Please let Lizzie know if you have sound induced epilepsy, are in your first trimester of pregnancy or have any severe mental health disturbances.
