?A blissful sound bath to unwind mind and body - if you've not tried one before, they are truly wonderful! 
?Delicious, nourishing and healthy lunch as well as sweet treats and refreshments
?Yin yoga and a guided Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) for deep relaxation
?A peaceful, cosy space to 'retreat' to complete with a log burner and overlooking a little woodland
?A goody bag to take home with you
