Many of you have been holding space for others — for so long, so steadily — that the body forgets it's allowed to exhale.

At Empowered Spaces, we believe healing happens in ecosystems, where care moves in many directions and no one is asked to hold it alone.

So we created a place for you to land.

This is not about becoming more capable.
It is about refusing to lose your humanity in the work.

Twelve monthly gatherings across a full year: rooted in embodied practice, collective care, and justice. 

Come for a single gathering, or root into the full year. Either way, you belong here.

Each 90-minute gathering offers somatic and embodied practice, honest conversation with others doing values-driven work, rest, and the experience of being seen for who you are, not only for what you carry.

No performance. No pressure. Just practice, reflection, and community.

WHEN & WHERE
Second Friday of each month starting May 8, 2026
6:30–8:00 PM Central
 In person in St. Louis + Online
(Virtual participants are intentionally included, you will not be secondary.)

WHO GUIDES THE GATHERINGS
Eight members of the Empowered Spaces collective: therapists, yoga teachers, somatic practitioners, educators, and activists — all values-rooted, all bringing different wisdom to the circle.
Because this work deserves more than one lens.
