- **Event Description**: Join us for a great day out on the Stiperstones, combining a scenic Shropshire hike with an introduction to basic scrambling.
Starting from the Bog Visitor Centre car park, we head out towards Nipstone before making our way across to the Stiperstones ridge. Along the way, we’ll introduce some simple scrambling techniques at key points including the trig point and the Devil’s Chair - a great chance to build confidence on more hands-on terrain.
The route then completes a circular through Green Valley, finishing back at the start point.
Distance: Approx. 6 miles
Duration: 4.5–5 hours

Finish Time: Around 13:30–14:00
This hike does involve sections of scrambling, so a reasonable level of fitness and confidence on uneven ground is recommended.
