Held by experienced, trauma informed circle leader Andi, who is a Shamanic Practitioner, Reiki Master & Breathwork Facilitator. 

** PLEASE NOTE *** this is NOT a  Breathwork Circle, that is held separately.

What to expect: 

A warm welcome 
Tea & biscuits 
Oracle cards 
Journaling 
Drumming or Sound meditation 
Sharing circle “stringing of the beads” 
+ whatever the group needs (or doesn’t need) 

What to bring: 

An open heart & mind 
Journal & pen 
Something for the altar 
Blanket & Pillow 

Cost £22 
Booking Essential as spaces are limited, this will be a monthly event & I encourage you to commit to attending each month as this helps to build trust within the circle ( although this is not essential).
