You can expect:

? Grounding meditations and pranayama to help you to settle fully in the moment
? A yoga practice exploring gentle, whole body movements and gradually settling into longer-held yin and restorative postures  
? Plenty of time for meditation and a long savasana.

I teach yoga from the ground up and the inside out, inviting you to find your own version of each pose.  As a result my classes are suitable for both beginners and more experienced yoga practitioners. There is absolutely no need to be strong, or fit, or flexible to attend (I am none of these things!).

Please join me on Friday 17 July between 10 and 11.30 am in the calm surroundings of The Hive on Belmont.  This class is offered on a pay what you can basis between £5 and £15.
