A sacred space to re-gather and fill your cup in a non-judgemental container, outside of your four walls. 

You are invited to be held. To pause and meet yourself and the kaleidoscope of shifts with compassion and curiosity. This is an intermission from your role as care taker. 

Prepare to be taken care of. Body, mind and soul. We begin healing from the inside out.

If you identify as a mother in any capacity and need a soft place to land, this is for you. 

WE RE-GATHER - A homecoming through a grounded practice

WE BREATHE - And re-connect to the potency and power of prana (breath)

WE UNITE - Through connection and reciprocal support 

WE NOURISH - The body, through a wholesome and nutritious lunch

WE HONOUR - Our body and offer ourselves radical acceptance

WE HEAL - From the inside out, through rituals & mindful practice

*Matrescence encompasses the physical, psychological and emotional transition a woman goes through when becoming a mother.

EVENT FORMAT

1:00pm: Welcome and movement snack 

1:15pm - 1:45pm: A nourishing lunch 

1:45pm - 2:45pm: A soft and mindful yoga practice & Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).

2:45pm: Self care rituals and mindful snacks  

3pm: Close & self care resources and materials 

A simple somatic yoga practice focused on embodiment and radical acceptance, including:

Re-establish breath awareness

Support C-section recovery 

Diastasis Recti healing support

Support Pelvic wellness  

Release tension  

Self care rituals 

A safe space for sharing and support - through connection we can support others. 

Places are limited to ensure a spacious and nurturing environment.

With great respect, please kindly note: No little loves. This is a hands free retreat for mum to proiritise self care and honour this sacred pause.
