Mindset to Method: Blonding Edition is an in-person blonding class designed for stylists who want to refine not only how they blonde but how they think, lead, and differentiate themselves behind the chair.

This class begins with mindset, because your technique is only as strong as your decision-making. We’ll unpack what truly sets you apart as a stylist—your point of difference—and how to communicate that confidently so clients choose you, trust your recommendations, and stay with you.

This class teaches you how to lead with confidence, speak in results (not process), and stop over-communicating in ways that create doubt.

From there, we move into method: breaking down a full BLK signature blonding session focused on control, impact, and longevity. You’ll learn how to place brightness intentionally, where not to place it, and how to create bright, lived-in blondes that grow out seamlessly...without panic foiling, harsh lines, or stylist burnout.
