This session will focus on staying safe during the winter months, when snow, ice, and cold weather can increase fall risks for older adults. Topics include:

Preventing falls and winter injuries

Preparing your home and outdoor spaces

Choosing proper footwear

Navigating icy conditions safely

Staying active during the winter

Simple strength and balance tips

Community resources available to you

This presentation is designed to be clear, supportive, and empowering, helping older adults and caregivers feel confident and prepared all winter long.

? Bonus: Bridget will also be available the last Monday of every month at the Senior Center for 15-minute appointments from 9:00–10:00 AM, beginning Monday, February 23.
