CHILDREN UNDER 16 ARE FREE!! So a great excuse for a family day out, with fun for all at the show.
‼️ See aircraft you would otherwise never see fly again, take to the skies in magnificent form. With the size of the models when in the air or through camera lens, you could be forgiven for thinking they were the real deal!
The Large Model Association return to Sleap Airfield/ Shropshire Aero Club for our 4th year at this venue.
✈️ The usual wide range of large model aircraft will be in attendance, alongside some new models for 2026 (including a new large 16ft Vulcan Bomber), full-size air displays & airfield movements during the 90min lunch-break.
There will be a car boot style swapmeet alongside multiple RC traders, arts/crafts/other stalls as well as food/ drink vendors and other ground attractions such as RC tanks, mini steam engines and more!
📣The show opens approx 8:30am each day, with flying to start around 10am through until around 5pm (times subject to change).
⛺️Too much to cover in one day? Fancy a cheap weekend away? Camping is available onsite from 10am Fri until 10am Mon, with evening entertainment (live music), bar/food vendors open until late and possibly some informal night flying with lights from the pilots. Usual camping facilities available (Toilets, drinking water, Elsan).
