About me:
I have been an avid hiker for the past 10 years, finding Wachusett mountain a sanctuary for my grief and pain and eventually my joy and growth. I also love to explore other local trails in Massachusetts.
I've accomplished 34 of the New Hampshire 48 4000footers and continuing to make progress on those.
 I bring my passion for hiking into my vacations with hikes in Nevada, Lake Tahoe, California, Washington state, Banff National Park in Alberta Canada.

I have been a practitioner of yoga for 10 years and found my love of yoga so much that I wanted to earn my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate so I can share this practice with others!
I came to yoga for the physical practice but ended up finding that yoga is so much more! Teaching me to find clarity of mind and a deeper connection to my body.
