Guided Wine and Cheese Pairing Experience at Broken Creek Vineyard

Enjoy a sommelier-guided Wine & Cheese Pairing Experience, led by Wine Educator Missa Capozzo of Wine Down Events. Join us for an evening of indulgence and education as Missa expertly pairs 5 Broken Creek Vineyard wines with 5 locally made cheeses from Smith's Country Cheese of Winchendon, MA. Throughout the event, you’ll learn the fundamentals of wine and food pairing while savoring incredible flavors and fine wines.

The Pairings (subject to availability):
Dill havarti
Chili pepper cheddar
Cranberry orange farmer's cheese
Sage cheddar
Smoked gouda

This is a 21+ event. Class starts promptly at 6:00. Doors open at 5:30 if you'd like to arrive early and purchase a glass of wine or wine slushee before class begins.
