Frost Moon Yin Yoga

Join me Saturday November 6th at 6:30pm for a quiet and reflective Frost Moon Yin Yoga.

As we begin to enter what many consider the busiest time of the year, this full moon will nudge us to slow down and invite us to do activities that are grounding. This will reconnect us to the earth, our bodies, and our relationships, allow us the opportunity to celebrate achievements, clear our emotions, and reveal answers we have been looking for.

In this class, we will connect with the breath and body through a quiet, floor based Yoga practice and meditation. Perfect for all levels.
