- **Event Description**: Join me for a lighthearted yoga class aimed at parents and carers, where babies and children of all ages are warmly welcomed and free to be themselves as we practice around them (or they join in!). 

This is part of the Shrewsbury Summer of Wellbeing.  The class will be held at The Hive on Belmont, who have kindly offered to host us as part of this free event. 

No experience of yoga will be assumed and you are welcome at any stage of parenthood from pregnancy, to the baby and toddler years and beyond.  Tweens and teens may prefer to stay away or attend a more serious class but are extremely welcome if they do choose to come along with a parent!

Expect a loud, joyful practice which will ebb and flow according to the mood and energy of those who attend.
