Children's Sangha coming up!
A new monthly session aimed at children aged 4-11 years old at the Shrewsbury Buddhist Centre. Sangha
means “Community” and our community aims to cultivate children's mindfulness and kindness
through Buddhist teaching, practice, storytelling and crafts.
First session is on: Sunday 15th March 10am-12pm

No previous experience of Buddhism is required. Please note, these are not drop off sessions, and
parents/carers are required to stay with their children.
All volunteers have been DBS checked. Suggested donation is £3. Booking is not essential but it is
helpful to have an idea of ages and numbers beforehand. Please email Hannah
