Her work has been shown at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibitions and London’s Mall Galleries. Jess loves working with artists of every level, and is a gentle, kind tutor. She lives in Shrewsbury with her five rescue cats and an enormous half-tonne printing press.CoachSamantha is a certified Health and Wellness coach, who supports women who are feeling tired, rundown, overwhelmed and generally out of sorts, to feel a whole lot better. Focussing on coaching support that encourages awareness, reflection and personalised planning, alongside practical tips for better nutrition, participants will leave feeling rejuvenated and ready to make small changes that have a big impact.The cost of the day, which runs from 9.30am-4.30pm on 22nd November, is £175 each.All materials and refreshments provided.
