Serena Gray is a seasoned marketing professional with more than 16 years of experience spanning restaurants, festivals, leisure activities, nonprofit organizations, and destination marketing. A proud graduate of Louisiana Tech University, Serena has built her career on developing innovative strategies that inspire engagement, strengthen brands, and drive measurable growth.
For the past seven years, Serena has specialized in destination marketing, leading efforts to promote the attractions, festivals, and experiences that power Louisiana’s tourism economy. Her strategic leadership and creative approach have helped elevate our region’s visibility and visitor impact, establishing her as a respected voice in Louisiana’s tourism industry.
Serena is a graduate of both the Shreveport Leadership Program and the Louisiana Travel Association’s Leadership Academy. She was also recognized as one of the Greater Minden Chamber of Commerce’s “15 Under 40” honorees, highlighting her commitment to excellence, community involvement, and professional advancement. In her spare time, she enjoys quality time with her husband and three children, kayaking Louisiana's bayous and discovering new experiences all over the world.
