Over time, these things become buried, turning into regret, anger, grief, confusion... heavy in the heart, in the mind, and in the gut. Our December Circle is to be a "Final Word" Circle. We all have something that we’ve never said, whether due to fear, distance, circumstance, or something else ~ Get ready to have your say. Whether it's "I love you", I'm sick of you, I'm sorry, I was NEVER sorry, I'm glad you left, or stayed or WHATEVER.... We are here to hold space for you to pour out your love, your rage, your disbelief, your relief, your heart.... to listen and feel it with you -- And then, we’ll take that energy and throw it into the cauldron and let it burn away. In a safe space, let’s Scream. Cry. Laugh. Rant. Dance. and Let Go. It's time to Release. We CAN access our healing, and to do so, we must open up, bare our souls, and talk through what we’ve had submerged to see the answers that have eluded us. It will be an evening of open-ness and connection as members of our Circle share experiences, knowledge and advice ~ opening the door on personal realizations, struggles, and emotions surrounding so much of what has been pulling at our hearts and souls.
