We invite you to join us Tues, October 7th from 6-8pm for Sister Circle at the Peace of Mind Center as we continue our journey of Intentional Transformation in 2025 and realize what we need to do to Find Our Balance.

Sit with us in Circle as we ~
* Discuss what we need to add to our lives for balance and fulfilment,
* Sit with the realization of what needs to be released, and
* Talk about practices that can help us arrive at the balanced, peaceful centered life we are craving, sharing our wisdom and challenges around Boundaries, Prioritizing, Self-care, and more.

We CAN access our healing, and to do so, we must open up, bare our souls, and talk through what we’ve had submerged to see the answers that have eluded us.

It will be an evening of open-ness and connection as members of our Circle share experiences, knowledge and advice ~ opening the door on personal realizations, struggles, and emotions surrounding so much of what has been pulling at our hearts and souls.

Come sit with us, laugh, share, listen and release.
Lean in and lend your unique wisdom to the Circle and begin the give and take conversation that makes a Circle of Women a place of healing and connection.
