When women gather in Circle, healing and hilarity can happen, and tonight, we have both. 

Join us at the Peace of Mind Center for our first ever “I Have Nowhere to Wear This” Night! Come dressed in that amazing outfit in your closet that you love, but have no occasion to wear it… It could be an evening gown, your wedding dress, rhinestone jeans, or your last Halloween costume! If you LOVE it, let us see it!

Along with the laughter, we’ll open to sharing, learning, listening as we talk about Navigating Transition in our lives: Discussing hopes, fears, wisdom and lessons learned around parenting, getting older, career changes, aging parents, major life shifts and more.

In this Circle we’ll explore how to:
* Embrace change & let go
* Heal & employ self-care
* Implement strategies for coping 

We’ll discuss why even "good" changes can feel like a threat to the nervous system because the brain naturally prefers the familiar. (no, you are not losing your mind.)

Come sit with us, learn, laugh, share, listen and release.
Lean in and lend your unique wisdom to the Circle and begin the give and take conversation that makes a Circle of Women a place of healing and connection.
