Angel Scott is a Shreveport native who eventually crossed the river and became a long-time Bossier City resident. She graduated from Northwood High School and continued her education at BPCC and LSUS.

Angel has been married for 33 years, which, as many of you know, qualifies her as an expert in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution. She and her husband have a 30-year-old son and daughter-in-law who are both products of South Bossier schools, Centenary College, and Ochsner LSU Medical School. Today, they're physicians in Dallas, which Angel considers her greatest accomplishment, despite the fact that she can't take full credit for all that studying but did keep them clean and fed!

Professionally, Angel spent most of her career in recruiting, helping companies find great people. Then somehow, through a series of events, she landed in her worst nightmare - the world of finance. (Never say never!) Now, before you think this is going to be one of those talks where someone tells you to give up coffee, stop shopping, and live on rice and beans, don't worry. Angel's goal is simply to share ways CRI can help business leaders better understand their business numbers and make confident decisions.
