A little about Toni:

From a young age, Toni has always admired etched glass, particularly loving the pieces in her grandmother’s home.   Always wonderfully creative, she began learning her craft about 10 years ago when she etched her first glass using stencils to create Herb Bottles for her daughter’s collection of salts, herbs and other items that she acquired from the Peace of Mind Center.

Mother Nature is Toni’s creative inspiration, as it is a deep part of her spiritual life, and she loves making things to encourage her on her journey.  She said, “I’m often inspired by things or places that bring joy to me or others.  Sometimes it is an experience that motivates an idea.” 

Environmentally conscious, Toni likes to repurpose materials when she can, creating something new to enjoy. In her in her artistic process, she usually uses alcohol ink, acrylics and etching cream, but lately she has explored other mediums and finds epoxy resin and mica powder to be great fun!


In addition to glass etching, Toni is also a talented painter, creating beautiful pots, figurines and canvases with whimsical, magical and bold designs. 

You can meet her, purchase her art pieces and talk with her about her custom work on Saturday, May 17th from 1-5pm at the Peace of Mind Center.
