In this workshop, you'll learn practical ayurveda and yoga practices tailored to pacify Pitta and promote balance throughout the summer months. 
Together, we will explore dietary guidance, lifestyle routines, self-care rituals, and mindfulness practices to stay cool, calm, and grounded during this fiery time of year.
