A game during the Louisiana State Fair?! What?! Don’t worry we have all the logistics figured out for this experience to be nothing but fun!
Season Ticket Holders/Handicapped: There will be a roped off area closest to the back of the Hirsch Coliseum for you to park at. Parking to the Fair is free so you should have no worries getting into the area! We do suggest leaving a little earlier in case of traffic when entering the fairgrounds.
If you are not a season ticket holder or handicapped please park as close as you can in the State Fairgrounds parking lot.
From the parking lot we will have trolleys to pick you up and take you to George’s Pond. You are welcome to walk as well. The trolleys will take you to the back parking lot of the building where you will be dropped off. Since the State Fair will be open during this time we are going to make our West Concession entrance our main doors for the evening. This way once you are dropped off in our back parking lot you will not have to walk all the way around to the main doors.
If you decide to go to the Fair before the game, please enter through the main doors as usual. If you are inside the Fair and decide you would like to come to the game to end your night, $5 Mudbugs tickets will be available ONLY at the box office. You will have to show you have paid for a Fair ticket for that day.
Once the game is over the Fair will be closing or will already be closed. Please exit out of our West Concession Entrance if you need a ride back to the parking lot. If you would like to walk back to your car please exit out of our East Concession Entrance.
With all of that being said game time is still 7:11pm and we will be having our Boots and Bugs Night. So wear your Cowboy hats and shine those boots because we have some square dancing to do with the Oklahoma City Warriors!
