What began with filling five closets for women and children transitioning out of Julia’s Place has grown into a county‑wide network of hope. Today, The Caring Closet partners with 20+ local organizations and provides:

High‑quality clothing for all ages

New shoes, pillows, towels, and essential household items

Emergency foster placement suitcases (each with ~7 outfits + essentials)

Support for families emerging from domestic violence, fire, loss, or crisis

A dedicated foster family resource area for urgent needs

A donation‑based boutique that funds essential items for those they serve

Partnerships with Children’s Services, OneEighty, AnaZao, Pregnancy Care Center, and local schools

Maralee’s heart is simple: to ensure dignity, care, and support are always within reach.
